    The laser of the laser marking machine is a low-power laser, which is one of the core components of the machine. We usually pay attention to maintenance when using the laser marking machine, otherwise it will easily cause some unnecessary failures. What are the faults and troubleshooting methods easily caused by laser power:


    Symptom: Turn on the main power switch of the laser marking machine and press the trigger button, the power will not start.


    Cause: The fault is due to the action of the protection circuit, which causes the AC 380V voltage to not be applied.


    Remedy: First, push the "AC380V power" switch, press the "start" button of the power, and observe whether the AC contactor works. If it does not work, first check whether the cold system works (water is circulating). , You should check whether the water pressure protection device caused by the water cycle is on, otherwise, the AC contactor is damaged.

    Second, use a multimeter to check whether the 2K / 10W power resistor in the power circuit is in the 1K range. If it is broken, replace it.


    After that, check if the 12V power supply for controlling the optical deflection motor is normal. Use a multimeter to measure whether the laser marking machine has 12V voltage at both ends. If not, check the input (17V AC) of the rectifier circuit. If not, check whether there is AC voltage at the input and output ends of the transformer. The input end is 220V and the output end. 17V, if 220V voltage without 17V, the transformer is damaged, replace it.


    Symptom: The marking machine works normally, but the current button is adjusted, the power meter is not displayed, and it is always zero.


    Cause of failure: If there is no display, the power of the power meter is faulty; if it is always displayed as zero, the power meter sampling signal is interrupted.


    Clearing method: Check whether the rectified DC voltage of the transformer powered by the power meter is 12V. If it is normal, check whether there is 5V voltage on the 3 leg of 7805. .
